HALPIN MUSIC INTRODUCES “M.I.R.V.”

Halpin Music Company, a local/regional school music provider since 1961, is proud to introduce the newest addition to it’s complement of school music products and services- the Mobile Instrument Repair Vehicle, or “MIRV”.

MIRV is a former Red Cross Disaster Relief vehicle repurposed and outfitted as a mobile band instrument repair shop, bringing Ben Davis, our trained, experienced (28 years) band repair tech right to your school!

Our MIRV is available for a wide variety of applications, including:

• Marching Band Competitions

• Summer Band Camps

• Solo and Ensemble or Organizational Band contests

• On-site school instrument inventory evaluation

• On-site “by the hour” repair services for school and student-owned instruments (minimum 2 hours on site- restrictions and limitations apply)

• School and student instrument care and maintenance workshops

“We recently contracted with O’fallon Township High School to provide mobile repair services for the Marching Panthers, and look forward to expanding these services to school music programs throughout our service area”, explained Mark Landon, President and CEO of Halpin Music Company.
