The kit comes with simple instructions Venture Trombone Care Kit 
  • Premium Slide Oil: Apply a thin stream of oil to the slide before playing.
  • Slide Grease: Apply to tuning slide when reassembling the instrument.
  • Mouthpiece Brush: Insert in shank end.  Clean  your mouthpiece on a weekly basis. Use warm soapy water for maximum performance.
  • Flexible Bore Brush: Periodically run through your trombone to keep your horn factory fresh.
  • Polishing Cloth: Use often to remove fingerprints and perspiration.  Do not use household cleaners, which may harm the lacquer finish.
  • Case I.D. Tag: Use to help prevent loss.
